Working alongside the Ipswich Borough Council property team as the project Development Manager, Matthew Brint of Brint CPM has been managing the design development and planning submission for a new Aquatics Centre to be constructed in the heart of Ipswich close to the Ipswich Town football club at Portman Rd, including internal and external stakeholder engagement. The centre will house several pools along with a 125 station gym. Planning permission was granted for the project in April 2025.
