In the role of Development Manager, Matthew Brint of Brint CPM has been supporting the Ipswich Borough Council property team with the design, planning and construction of a superb new office, warehouse and vehicle maintenance depot adjacent to the Hadleigh Rd industrial area of Ipswich, for their Waste & Fleet and Maintenance & Contracts Departments

The project commenced with demolition of the previous industrial site in 2022, with construction commencing in July 2023 and attaining PC in December 2024.
